Public Art Design
Inspired
by the topography of the nearby shoreline and
the inner patterns of trees from the area, Susie
developed this distinctive mark for the district's
new identity.
Gordon Square is an arts district
on Cleveland's near west side that's undergoing
a $4 million streetscape renovation along with
other capital projects in order to bolster development
in the area. Susie was hired to work with City
Architecture and the Detroit Shoreway Community
Development Organization to bring a sense of
"patterning" to various public art elements
slated along 10 city blocks of streetscape. |
